Diligent Social Assistance
Residents at Dayton Residential Care Facility enjoy the benefit of our social assistance services. We go the extra mile for our residents to help make their lives and the lives of their loved ones a little easier.
We begin by facilitating one-on-one sessions with our residents. Working as their advocate, some of the services we provide include:
- Attending court hearings
- Working with families, guardians, conservators, case workers, and other professionals to assist with any needs
- Coordinating weekly AA/NA groups
- Facilitating bi-annual staffing for each resident
Beyond this we also assist residents with medical appointments and legal matters through transportation and communication with medical staff and other professionals. We also follow case management treatment plans made by the interdisciplinary team.
